We caught up with South Florida coach Skip Holtz this morning as his Bulls are getting ready to face Clemson tomorrow afternoon in the Meineke Car Care Bowl. Holtz, who spent six years as an assistant at USC under his father Lou Holtz, is in his first year in Tampa after a successful stint at East Carolina.
South Florida is 6-6 this season. Tomorrow’s game kicks off at noon at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. Clemson is a three point favorite. The game will be televised by ESPN.
