Louisville pitching coach Roger Williams has withdrawn his name from consideration for the same job at USC.  Williams reportedly was one of the front runners for the job to replace Mark Calvi who is now coach in waiting at South Alabama.  Williams interviewed with Ray Tanner earlier in the week.  Tanner reportedly was also scheduled to interview former Gamecock pitching star Kip Bouknight this week.
