Byrnes RB Marcus Lattimore announced a commitment to USC Tuesday during a news conference at his church in Spartanburg.  Several hundred family members, friends and general fans filled the church.  Lattimore picked the Gamecocks over Auburn.  He’s the highest rated national recruit to commit to USC under Steve Spurrier.
