South Carolina State, which won a second straight MEAC championship and was undefeated against FCS opponents this season, had hoped to host a first round playoff game this Saturday. But for the second straight year, the committee has put the Bulldogs on the road. And for the second straight year, they are being sent to Appalachian State. The game will kickoff at noon on ESPNU. The winner will play the winner of the Elon-Richmond game in round two.
